District Collector K. Thappakaraj inspected on Tuesday.
Under the 15th financial board grant scheme through the Department of Rural Development, the work of setting up a pay block in Matanur panchayat was done by the Governor K. Thappakaraj studied. He also reviewed the work of the flyover being constructed across the bridge connecting Minnur-Wadakar under the Nabad project and instructed the concerned officials to speed up the work.
He also inspected the houses being constructed under the artist's dream home project in the area. He checked the quality and availability of food items at the fair price shop located in Vinnamangalam area. He heard complaints from the family cardholders who came to buy goods at the fair price shop.
